It is my privilege to be assisting you. I want you to be confident that any information you share with me will be safe and only used for the purpose intended when it was shared.
 The information that you provide during our communications, in whatever form, including in person will be treated confidentially and only shared with third parties with your permission. Third parties means the funeral director that you have chosen and through whom you are making arrangements and crematorium staff where necessary, for the smooth running of the service on the day.
 
All e-mails sent by me are done so from a password protected and virus protected computer and are not accessible by any other parties. However at present the integrity of E mail sent via the internet cannot be guaranteed, and messages sent via this medium are potentially at risk, therefore I cannot accept liability for any issues arising as a result of this means of communication.
All information that is shared with me by the funeral director regarding the service is kept only for the purpose of services that I conduct on your behalf. Any physical records will be stored in a locked facility to which I am the only person with a key. I will not contact you for any other reason than having been instructed to act on your behalf for the purpose of a funeral service. I will not share your information with any other unrelated parties for any reason.
 
I will treat all personal information with care and confidentiality in line with General Data Protection Regulations, and will destroy any irrelevant information in a secure way following the service. If you have any questions about how I protect your privacy please contact me.
